Delete Your Account
We're sorry to see you go. You can request the deletion of your Silk Road account and all associated personal data. We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation to your email address.
What gets deleted:
- Your account profile and login credentials
- Your saved addresses
- Your order history (note: we are required to retain financial records for legal purposes)
- Any marketing preferences linked to your account
To submit your deletion request, click the button below. It will open an email pre-filled with your request — simply hit Send.
